Payment Methods

Prepay in Full at the time your order is "ready for production", and receive FREE ground shipping within the continental United States

Alternatively, you can pay a $75.00 deposit and receive a scanned embroidered proof via email, or the actual proof (choosing the actual proof will add a week or two to delivery time).  The full amount will be credited towards your future order for the patches of the same design (less $5.00 if you want the actual proof sent to you).

Purchase Orders, and other arrangements are considered on case-by-case basis.

Forms of Payment

VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Money Order, or Cashier's Check.
Company or Personal Checks are also accepted, but may delay your order being placed into production until funds are collected.

An order is considered "ready for production" once a price is agreeded upon, and your art has been accepted by Prism.
