Art IS free, in the sense that I don't charge extra to touchup your design (if needed) so that it will embroider well. How much "touchup" will you receive? Frankly, that depends on the amount required, and the size of your order. I sell guaranteed quality, at guaranteed lowest prices.
Over 90% of the time, I can take what my customers provide and turn it into the type of embroidered patch that I'm proud to sell, and I won't sell anything less than the best.
The simple answer: send me your art, and I'll let you know what needs to be done to it (if anything), and whether I can turn it into the quality patch you expect.
