I received the patches today and they are even better than I expected. Your work on this project from preparing the final art from our very
rough submission through production and shipping has been excellent.
You beat each of the intermediate deadlines for first draft and final proof and I got the completed patches four days ahead of the drop dead date. Your ability to pull this off on a rush order at the height of the holiday season is amazing. Please feel free to use this memo as a reference. And I almost forgot to mention, your price was less than half of both the bids I got locally.

I'm so glad that I found you for this job! You have been top notch from the beginning, when I first inquired about having patches made of my logo... to the final completed work with the logo embroidery. I am so impressed with the quality and incredible detail of each of the patches. Such a GREAT job! Of course the larger 9" size patches are more impressive because of their massive size (and more full detail), but I think that the 3.5" patches are just as awesome! The patches are so much like the original logo artwork...INCREDIBLE!!! :-))) I'm so pleased...you made my day!
