These Terms govern your use of prismpatches.com and purchases from Prism Patches. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Using Our Website

You must use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

2. Product Information

Please review the product description, dimensions, materials and attachment method before purchasing.

Colors may appear differently across screens. Embroidery, fabric and finishing processes may also produce minor variations between items. These variations do not limit your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.

Follow the product’s application and care instructions. In particular, check whether your chosen fabric is suitable for heat before applying an iron-on patch.

3. Prices, Payment and Orders

The currency, price, shipping charges and any taxes collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase. Import charges may apply to international deliveries; any known arrangements will be stated at checkout or in the relevant shipping information.

An automated order receipt confirms that we have received your order. It does not, by itself, confirm that every item is available or that a custom design has been approved.

If an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be processed or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, any payment received for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.

4. Custom Orders

Custom order details—including artwork, dimensions, colors, quantity, attachment method, price and estimated production time—must be confirmed before production.

If a design proof is provided, please check it carefully before approving it. Requests to change or cancel an order after approval may be limited by the production stage. Any restrictions or additional charges will be explained before you commit to the order.

You must have permission to use any artwork, logo, text or other material you submit. You retain your rights in that material and authorize us to use it as needed to quote, prepare and fulfil your order, including sharing it with production partners involved in your order.

We will seek separate permission before using your submitted artwork in our public marketing or portfolio.

5. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided with the applicable product, quotation or order information. Custom production time is separate from shipping time unless stated otherwise.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with available options, subject to applicable law. Please provide an accurate delivery address and notify us promptly of any error.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Product Issues

Any applicable return or cancellation conditions will be provided before purchase or agreed as part of a custom quotation.

Custom-made items may have different cancellation or change-of-mind return conditions, where permitted by law. This does not remove your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content owned by Prism Patches, including original text, graphics and branding, may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any associated trademark, copyrighted design or other intellectual property.

8. Your Rights and These Terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Applicable mandatory law takes priority over a conflicting term.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter an existing order without your agreement or another lawful basis.
